1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including:

    • Sports bras, underwear, and intimate apparel

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards or digital products

2. How to Start a Return
  • Contact us at support@prolaceusa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prolaceusa.com with photos of the product.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost and issue a replacement or full refund.

7. Printify-Fulfilled Products

As some items are produced and shipped by Printify partners, minor variations in print placement, color, or size may occur. These are not considered defects unless the item is clearly faulty.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider.

  2. Contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
